Skolar Bot · Xenocipher Private Limited
Terms of Service
Last updated: 13 September 2026
Please read these terms before using the Skolar Bot website, apps or messaging channels.
1. Agreement
These terms apply when you use skolarbot.com, the Skolar Bot apps, or message our official Facebook Page, Instagram account or WhatsApp Business number. They are offered by Xenocipher Private Limited. Schools that subscribe to the Skolar Bot platform also have a separate agreement with us, which takes priority over these terms for their use of the platform.
2. Using our website and channels
- Give accurate information in forms and messages.
- Do not misuse our services: no spam, harmful content, attempts to break security, or automated scraping.
- Do not share someone else’s personal data with us without their permission.
3. Messages and AI-assisted replies
When you contact us on WhatsApp, Facebook or Instagram, we may send replies, booking confirmations and reminders about the request you made. Reply STOP at any time to stop WhatsApp messages. Standard messaging charges from your mobile operator may apply.
Some replies are drafted with AI and reviewed by our team. They are for general information; fees, admissions and contract terms are confirmed only in writing by our team.
4. Our content
The website, apps, logos and content belong to Xenocipher Private Limited or its licensors. You may view and share them for your own evaluation of Skolar Bot, but not copy, resell or modify them without our written permission.
5. Availability and liability
We work to keep our services available and accurate, but the website and messaging channels are provided “as is”, without guarantees of uninterrupted availability. To the extent the law allows, Xenocipher Private Limited is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website or messaging channels.
6. Privacy
How we handle personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy, and you can ask for deletion on the Data Deletion page.
7. Law, changes and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of India. We may update them; the date at the top shows the latest version. Questions: skolar@xenocipher.com.
