- Can we configure our own report card format?
- Yes. Grading scales, weightages, term structures, co-scholastic areas, remarks and the printed layout are configurable, so CBSE, ICSE and state board formats — including your school's own design and logo — are reproduced rather than approximated by a fixed template.
- Do marks entered by teachers flow into report cards automatically?
- Yes. Marks recorded in the LMS gradebook and exam modules feed report cards and result analysis directly, with no export-import step. That removes the transcription errors that appear when marks are collected on paper and typed into a separate spreadsheet.
- What result analysis does the school get?
- Subject-wise and class-wise performance, topper and improvement lists, pass percentages, grade distribution and trends across terms are available as graphical reports, so the academic head can act on a weak subject during the year rather than after the board result.
- Can parents see results online instead of collecting a printed card?
- Yes. Results publish to the parent and student portal on a date the school controls, and printed cards can still be generated for records or for parents who want a hard copy. Schools usually run both for the first year.
- Does it support both CCE-style continuous assessment and term exams?
- Yes. Continuous and periodic assessments, unit tests, practicals, internal marks and term examinations can all be weighted into the final result according to the scheme your board requires, including separate scholastic and co-scholastic reporting.
