Pricing questions
- How is Skolar Bot priced?
- Per student per month, billed annually. School ERP is ₹10 per student per month and School ERP with AI is ₹25 per student per month, both plus 18% GST. Your annual invoice is the rate multiplied by your enrolled students and twelve months. Optional add-ons such as AI Tutor, Smart Board, live bus tracking and payroll are enabled on request and billed separately.
- Are the prices inclusive of GST?
- No. All prices on this page are exclusive of GST, currently 18%. A 500-student school on School ERP pays ₹60,000 a year plus GST, which is ₹70,800 inclusive. Your written quote shows both figures.
- Our ERP plan already includes AI. Why is AI Tutor priced separately?
- They serve different people. The AI included in the ERP plan is for your teachers — AI-assisted teaching through the LMS (and on Smart Board, where that add-on is enabled), AI checking of assignments teachers set, and automatic timetable generation. AI Tutor is for your students: a personal tutor each child can use around the clock. One reduces staff workload; the other is a learning product per student, which is why it is billed and recovered separately.
- Who pays for AI Tutor?
- AI Tutor is billed to the school at ₹199 per enrolled student per month plus 18% GST, billed annually. Schools recover it as a ₹199 per month fee component from parents, so it does not come out of the school’s own budget. At that level it is below most private tuition rates, and it gives every child in the school 24/7 doubt solving from their own syllabus.
- Is there a setup or implementation fee?
- There is no setup fee for schools going live this academic year. Data migration, portal configuration and staff training are part of onboarding, not a separate line item.
- Can we start with School ERP and add AI later?
- Yes. Every school runs on one shared student and staff record, so moving from School ERP to School ERP with AI switches the AI capabilities on for the same accounts — no re-onboarding, no second login. The rate changes from ₹10 to ₹25 per student per month from the next billing cycle.
- Is the website builder included?
- Yes, in every plan. The AI website builder, hosting and the school’s public site are part of the platform, not an agency quote on the side.
